Shenyang Medical College
is based on Shenyang Advanced Nursing and Obstetric
School, which was founded in 1949. In 1958 it was
reconstructed as Shenyang Medical Academy. In 1987
it was developed into Shenyang Medical College.
During these 50 years, the college has developed
its conditions, scopes and systems. Now it has combined
college, Academy, Nursing School and Adult Education
into one.
It has brought up over 20,000 medical students who
have made great contributions to the development
of our country’s economy and public health. |
| The new campus was constructed
in No. 146 Huanghe North Street through transition
of the assets in 2000. The school moved there in
October 2001. The new campus is 448,000 Square kilometres
and the planned construction area is 205,000 square
kilometres, including 105,000 square kilometres
of the studying area and 100,000 square kilometres
of the living area. |
Language of instruction:
in Shenyang Medical College the Language of instruction
is English with separate classrooms for students
from Foreign. Separate International Curriculum
with special attention for MCI based Syllabus is
followed for students from India. Training for USMLE
& PLAB exams are also available for International
students.
